How adairandco.ai and the Complimentary AI Search Audit pages collect and use information.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Who we are

This website is operated by Riada Ventures LLC, doing business as Adair & Co (“we,” “us”). Adair & Co is a business growth, operations, technology and AI consulting practice based in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy covers adairandco.ai, including the Complimentary AI Search Audit request page and the booking page.

Privacy contact: adair@adairandco.ai.

Information you give us

  • Audit request form (provided by Apollo): your name, company name and email address.
  • Contact form (provided by Formspree): your name, work email, company and, optionally, a message.
  • Booking a 20-minute AI Search Review (provided by TidyCal): your name and email address, plus any other details TidyCal’s booking form asks you for.
  • Newsletter (provided by Substack): the email address you enter on Substack.
  • Instagram and Facebook messages and comments (processed by ManyChat): if you comment or message us with a keyword such as AUDIT, our automation tool ManyChat processes your platform profile identifier and your comment or message interaction so it can send you a link to the audit page. We do not collect your email address in ManyChat. ManyChat keeps this information according to our account settings and ManyChat’s policies.

Information collected automatically

  • Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: pages viewed, events (such as a completed audit request or a completed booking), device and browser information, approximate location, and the campaign tags (UTM parameters) on the link you used to reach us. It uses cookies.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. When you visit our pages, it can send Meta your page views, the standard events Lead (when an audit request is completed) and Schedule (when a review booking is completed), and technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers. We do not send your name, email address or form answers to Meta as event parameters. Meta handles this information under its own policies and may use it to measure and optimize advertising. We may also use website activity to create advertising audiences, measure conversions and, in the future, retarget visitors. We are not currently running retargeting campaigns.
  • Apollo website tracker records visits to our pages. We use Apollo for business prospecting, company and contact research, outreach, and to collect Complimentary AI Search Audit requests. The tracker does not mean every visitor is individually identified.
  • Campaign tags: on the audit pages we keep the UTM tags from your link in your browser’s session storage (aud_utm) so we can tell which campaign led to a request. It clears when your browser session ends.
  • Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address.
  • Embedded services (TidyCal, Substack, Apollo) may set their own cookies or collect their own data when they load on a page.

How we use information

To respond to your requests; to research your business and prepare your Complimentary AI Search Audit; to schedule and hold reviews; to send our newsletter if you subscribe; and to measure and improve our website and advertising. We may follow up with people who request an audit, book a meeting, contact us or otherwise express interest in our services. Requesting an audit does not subscribe you to our marketing emails; newsletter subscriptions are handled separately through Substack.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers listed above so they can operate their tools for us, and when required by law. Meta Pixel sends the information described above to Meta, which we use to measure the results of our advertising. Meta may also use it to personalize ads and content, under Meta’s own terms and policies. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and your choices

  • Cookies we or our tools set: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc). Cookie lifetimes are set by those providers.
  • Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Google Analytics: Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
  • Meta advertising: you can manage how Meta uses information from businesses like ours in your Meta Accounts Center under “Your activity off Meta technologies.” See Meta’s help page.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for our business purposes and to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention by the services we use (for example Google, Meta, Apollo, TidyCal, ManyChat, Formspree and Substack) follows their own practices, and our retention depends on our internal practices.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information. To make a request, email adair@adairandco.ai. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

Security, children and where we operate

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. We operate from the United States. The services we use may process information in other locations according to their own practices.
