My story

25 years building businesses and technology in Fort Worth — and I'm still here.

I've been working in technology since the late 1990s — across companies of every size and vertical, consulting for businesses and higher education, and founding several companies along the way. I've worked all over the DFW Metroplex, traveled internationally as part of an acquisition, and worked with teams on virtually every side of the globe.

Through all of it, I looked up one day and realized I'd built something worth showing up for: helping good people and their businesses grow. Not the enterprise projects — though those come with their own challenges. The small and mid-sized businesses. The ones where the owner is smart, motivated, and capable of building something significant — but where the right expertise at the right moment changes everything.

That's where my passion lives. And that's what Adair & Co is built around.

Today, that means one thing specifically: helping Fort Worth service business owners stop dabbling with AI and start running it systematically. You're already using AI yourself. You know what it can do. The gap I close is between that personal use and what's actually running inside your business — your team, your workflows, your operations.

There's a good chance we've already crossed paths — at the Fort Worth Chamber, the Parker County Chamber, or somewhere in the community we've both been part of for years. If we haven't yet, I'd like to change that.
